Blueberry-Chia Pudding

Begin by combining chia seeds, almond milk, and cocoa powder in a bowl, creating the chia pudding base.

Add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey for sweetness.

Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight.

In a separate bowl, mash 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries with a fork to release their juices.

After the chia pudding has set, layer it with the mashed blueberries.

Optionally, add a layer of whole blueberries on top for texture.
