Delicate Rum Cakes

Ingredient

chilled 2% milk, 2 cups one container (3.4 oz) vanilla pudding mix, quick and easy rum extract, 1 teaspoon

a total of six separate round sponge cakes half a cup of whipped topping Raspberry puree, fresh or frozen

Mix the pudding mix and milk in a small bowl and whisk for 2 minutes. Then, add in the extract. Once soft-set,

allow to rest for 2 minutes. Spoon pudding over the sponge cakes and arrange them on dessert plates. 

Top with whipped cream and raspberries for garnish. Just one slice of cake has 238 calories, 

 7 grams of fat (5 grams of saturated fat), 34 milligrams of cholesterol, 

320 milligrams of sodium, 37 grams of carbohydrates (27 grams of sugar, 0 grams of fiber), and 4 grams of protein.
