Draymond Green’s suspension: Has any other player ever been suspended indefinitely by the NBA?

The Golden State Warriors are experiencing problems. Steve Kerr's team has struggled this season and currently ranks 11th in the Western Conference rankings.

However, things might worsen, as they did for the seven-time NBA champs. Draymond Green,

who is regarded as one of the team's greatest defensive players, has been punished for hitting Phoenix Suns center Jusuf Nurkić in their last game.

Green, who received a flagrant 2 foul and was ejected, was suspended indefinitely by the NBA, and the Warriors lost to Phoenix (119-116).

The Michigan native was dismissed for the 18th time in his career, the highest total among active NBA players.

Green is already serving his second suspension of the season.

Following the aggression, the NBA announced that the player would be suspended immediately.

He will be required to meet certain league and team conditions before he returns to play," the league stated in a statement.

"This outcome takes into account Green's repeated history of unsportsmanlike acts" , the league said in a statement.

Green and Nurkić were wrestling for position when the Warriors forward appeared to lose his balance and struck Nurkić in the face.
