Quick Honey Lime Shrimp

Looking for a quick dinner recipe made with fresh, wholesome ingredients? If so, this sweet and savory Honey Lime Shrimp is perfect served over rice. It reheats well and takes about 10 minutes to cook.


●1 lb. shrimp deveined- any size you prefer ●3 tbsps. raw honey ●1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil ●1/3 cup lime juice fresh is best

●3 cloves garlic mashed ●1/4 tsp. adobo spice ●1/8 tsp. salt ●1/8 tsp. black pepper ●2 tbsps. scallions diced ●1 tsp. sesame seeds to top


●Add honey, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and spices to a medium-sized bowl. Whisk until combined.

●Add shrimp to either a large zippered bag or directly into the whisked ingredients. Seal bag, or cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate.

●For maximum flavor, marinade for at least 2 hours.

●Top with sesame seeds and fresh scallions.

●Serve your shrimp and marinade sauce over rice, potatoes, or your favorite side.
