Refined sugar-free recipes that are worthy of dessert (and breakfast!)

These biscotti are ideal for dipping into coffee. They're really crispy with a slight savory edge from the rosemary.  

Biscotti require two baking cycles, so switch off the oven while the biscuit logs cool after the first bake.  

These cookies are ideal for when you don't have the appetite for a slice of cake but still want to indulge.  

Vegans eat only plant-based cuisine and avoid any animal products, such as dairy, eggs, meat, and honey.   

They're slightly chewy around the edges but more cake-like and soft in the center  

The mixture freezes well and can later be baked as needed.Toasting and grinding whole natural almonds adds complexity to these biscuits.  

I prefer no added sweetness, but you can add ¼ teaspoon liquid stevia to the vanilla essence if desired.
