Strawberry Matcha Chia Pudding

Snack time has just become better! Introducing a rich, creamy MATCHA chia pudding with a vivid fresh strawberry compote.

He looks as enchanted as it tastes! Thanks to the magic of chia seeds, it's also rich in good fats (hello, omegas!) and fiber.

You can make it in advance, enjoy it all week, or (if you really must) share it with friends because it is mildly invigorating.

All you need is seven simple materials and fifteen minutes of your time! Shall we succeed?

Matcha, our trusty green tea companion brimming with antioxidants and the relaxing amino acid L-theanine, is where it all starts! 

When we tested the top brands, we also included it in smoothies, lattes, icing, snack pieces, and cheesecake. Then why not make chia pudding with it as well?

Perhaps that was the wisest move we made all year. We added dairy-free milk (a combination of coconut and almond

for a little smoothness), maple syrup for sweetness, and vanilla to bring out the best in all the flavors.
